8days 7nights North Sumatra Orang Utan Tour Day 01 Airport Bukit Lawang Arrival in Medan.Drive to Bukit Lawang a village near the mount Leuser National Park.On the way we visit rubber and oil palm plantations. Overnight in the simple hotel. Day 02 Bukit Lawang Early in the morning we go along Bukit Lawang Bohorok River then we cross the river by canoe.With a local guide we will learn about the National Park. After 30 minutes we arrive at Feedingsside of Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and then we start to make jungle treeking. If we ere lucky we can see free living monkeys and birds.Lunch on the River swimming .After lunch we back to the hotel by Tubing. Day 03 Bukit Lawang Telagah Pamah Simelir Kawar Lake After breakfast drive to Kawar Lake at the foot of the volcano Sinabung. On the programme botanical gardens in Timbang Lawan village fruit and vegetables plantation. Overnight in the simple guesthouse on the Lake Kawar. Day 04 Kawar see Berastagi Tongging After breakfast we check out by car through the magnificent landscape of the diamond high mountains to Tongging on Lake Toba. On the way we visit historical sites such as a fruit market a Lingga village the Sipisopiso waterfall or visit a vegetable growers. In the afternoon we reach the Toba Lake the 3.th largest lake of the world.Overnight in the simple guest Toba Lake. Day 05 Tongging Parapat Samosir Island Departure to Parapat.On the way we visit the Royal Kingshouse of Simalungun Batak Tribe and find sanctuary in the Sibaganding nature free living monkeys.Arrival in Parapat then we reach the Samosir island by ferry.Here we will stay 2 nights. Day 06 Samosir island we enjoy our time on the island to reading writing or simply relax. Possible optional day programs or just swimming in the Lake walks on the island.In the night we joining with the local people to drink Tuak Palmwine as local wine. Beautiful natural voices sing songs with European influences dating back to the first Christian missionaries. Day 07 Samosir Parapat Medan Drive back to Medan via Pematang Siantar and Tebing Tinggi. In Medan we make a city tour and visit including Mesjid Raya a Sultan Palace a Chinese temple and a crocodile farm. Overnight in the hotel. Day 08 Medan airport After breakfast drive to the airport in Medan. End of the journey
